Example Skills and Equipment List Items

During the Registration Process, you will create a User Profile. This profile can include specific expertise or skills you may have that could be of use to the Mission of the BroomsMen.

In addition to "skills" we would like to know if you have any equipment or vehicles that you could bring with you when you attend an event. For example, do you have a pickup truck or SUV with a trailer hitch? Maybe a tandem-axle trailer? Do you have a Motorcycle? Are you a member of a Motorcycle Club? This information is OPTIONAL but recommended so we know what resources we have available.

The following are some examples of skills and/or equipment that we may have a need for. This is not an “all inclusive list”, just a few examples.

• Do you have a Pickup Truck or SUV? Does it have a trailer hitch?.
• Do you have a trailer you could tow? Type? (ie single, tandem-axle, length, etc.)
• Are you generally handy with tools or your profession is a Tradesman? (ie Carpenter, Welder, Pipefitter, Pump Mechanic, Mason, etc.).
• Lawyer, Paralegal or Notary? Which States licensed to do business?
• Software Development? What Certifications? Languages?
• Law Enforcement, Private Security, SWAT, etc.
• Former or active Military, Rank, operational expertise.
• Project Management, Strategic Planning, Logistics.
• Firefighter, EMT, Emergency Operations Management (EOC), etc.
• Are you a member of a Motorcycle Club ... such as a Patriotic Motorcycle Club that can do a ride?
• Public Relations, Media, Journalist?
• Financial Planner, Accountant, CPA?
• Engineer (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.)
• Cook, Food Truck or BBQ Pit Trailer.
• Jewelry Design and Fabrication.
• Sign Painter, Decals, Banner Printing? Large Format Printer?
• Own and operate a Drone, RC Planes, UAV.
• Cameraman, videographer, create YouTube Videos, etc.
• Chainsaw, Power Washer, portable generator, light trailer
• 3D Printing, Water Jet Cutting, Plasma Cutting
• And More ... you get the idea!
