    This User Agreement covers the terms of use of the BroomsMen.Org Website by BOTH “You” and “BroomsMen.Org”.

  3. Mail-in BroomsMen Registration Form.

    If you do not wish to use a Credit Card or online payment options for your Membership Fee, you can fill out this Registration Form and send us Cash, a Check or Money Order. You will create a special “code” that you will use to register once payment has been received.
