Key Points of the BroomsMen Refund Policy

This policy will describe those situations where payments may be refunded.

  1. You and/or Your Organization
  2. Throughout this agreement we use the term “You” to mean You “as an individual”, or You as an “authorized representative” of the Organization you are registering on behalf of. This extends to any Users of this system on your behalf and/or any Corporate or Legal Entities which may be a party to its use.

  3. Payments made by Credit Card
  4. As a general rule, there are NO refunds. You may access your online account and cancel your Membership at any time. A cancellation means that you will continue to have Membership Access for the remainder of the time period, but it will NOT be renewed for the next year. Of course, every policy has exceptions for extenuating circumstances. For example, if a card is lost/stolen or has been used fraudulently, we will happily refund the payment. If you find that your card was used without your authorization, contact your Provider (Bank) and “dispute” the charge. They will contact the Online Processor, who in turn, will flag the account charge. If investigation verifies that a card was used fraudulently, we will promptly refund the payment.

  5. Membership “auto-renewal” by mistake.
  6. BroomsMen Membership, if originally paid via a credit card, is designed to do an “auto-renewal” payment on the membership expiration date (1 year). You will receive a renewal email reminder several days before your membership expires. If you wish to STOP the “auto-renewal” feature from charging your card, then you would need to CANCEL your membership BEFORE the auto-renewal takes effect. To cancel, simply navigate to the “Cancel Membership” menu item located in the Membership & Payment section under the “My Account” heading. If you forget to cancel and the “auto-renewal” feature charges your card, and you did not want that ... you are out of luck. We do not provide refunds.

  7. Payments made by Check.
  8. As a general rule, there are NO refunds. Of course, every policy has exceptions for extenuating circumstances. For example, if a check was forged or has been used fraudulently, we will happily refund the payment. If this situation has occurred, contact us and provide us with the supporting evidence. If investigation verifies that a check was used fraudulently, we will promptly refund the payment.

  9. Payments made by Cash.
  10. There are NO refunds. As explained on our Pay Options page, we must remind you that if you send cash by mail, we are not responsible if the cash somehow “disappears” before it gets to us. You have been warned, no whining if it happens.

  11. Violations of BroomsMen “Code of Conduct”.
  12. There are NO refunds. We can terminate your membership at any time if we determine you have willfully violated our Code of Conduct or have acted in a manner that does not represent the best interests of BroomsMen.org.

  13. Hackers, Scammers and Deep State operatives.
  14. We employ a variety of technical measures to safeguard our systems from hackers, scammers and Deep State operatives. If we determine that your account is attempting to use “hacking sequences”, excessive data retrieval requests or has modified code in order to access unauthorized data, we will cancel your Membership and suspend your access rights. You will NOT receive a refund.

  15. Right of Revision
  16. We can revise this Refund Policy at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to review any changes and keep current on what it says.
